Secrets from sibley

We love epic rides. Big, challenging, and with views that reward the effort.

But if your life is anything like ours, we don’t usually have time for something huge. That’s where routes like this come in.

This is the kind of mixed-terrain jammer that is a staple of weekday riding. It’s the result of years of asking, “where does that little trail go?” and “hey, is that path on the edge of the road rideable?”

While the distance may not be massive, this ride packs in plenty of climbing, varied terrain, and provides some vistas that will make you pull out your phone. On Huckleberry Path in particular you can get a view of Mt. Diablo on one side and a sweeping bay view on the other. This will also introduce you to some secret singletrack that even the most knowledgeable locals don’t seem to know about.
